Visa documents required from foreign Principals

1)   Visa Slip.

2)    Letter in the name of consulate

3)    Power of Attorney.

4)    Demand Letter.

5)    Photocopy of C. Registration.

6)    Photocopy of Identity Card.

7)    Complete address of the Principal with Telephone & Fax Numbers etc.

Important Note:

      All the documents should be  duly attested by The Chamber of Commerce & Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2.   خطاب الموجه إلى سعادة القنصل.

3.   التفويض الرسمي.

4.   خطاب الطلب.

5.   صورة حفيظة النفوس.

6.   صورة سجل تجاري.

7.العنوان الكامل للشركة/الكفيل  مع رقم الهاتف و الفاكس.
