Terms & Conditions

I.          Period of contract: Minimum 2 years extendable by mutual consent.

II.         Basic salary: Negotiable with in reasonable limits.

III.         Working hours: 6 days a week, average eight hours daily.

IV.       Accommodation. To be provided by the employer free of cost.

V.        Meals. Free meals be provided or reasonable food allowance to be paid by the employer. 

VI.       Overtime and Medical facilities: As per Saudi labor law.

VII.       Annual leave: One month paid leave after completion of two years of agreement or according to the regulations followed.

VIII.      One way air tickets from Pakistan to any air ports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be provided by the employer, however, if the employer is not agreed we will provide the ticket at the cost of employee.

IX.        Servicing of the documents. It the events of any job order with us, the employer is to provide us with a demand letter, a consulate letter and power of attorney, herein after referred to as the affective documents.

X.        We inform to the employer about the date of arrival of the manpower at least one week before the arrival.

XI.       Service charges: Negotiable with in reasonable limits.

شروط الاستقدام

أولا: مدة العقد: سنتين و قابل للتمديد بتفاهم الثنائي .

ثانيا:  الراتب الأساسي: قابل للتفاوض داخل الحدود المعقولة.

ثالثا: ساعات العمل: ستة أيام في الأسبوع بمعدل ثمان ساعات        يوميا.

رابعا: السكن: تأمين السكن  على المتسخدم.

خامسا: تأمين الغذاء: على المتسخدم و في حالة عدم تأمين الطعام يدفع المستخدم بدل الطعام المعقول.

سادسا: الإضافي و الرعاية الطبية: حسب قانون مكتب العمل          بالمملكة العربية السعودية .

سابعا: الإجازات السنوية: أجازة سنوية شهر واحد مدفوعة            الراتب بعد انقضاء سنتين عمل أو حسب النظام   المتبع.

ثامنا:     تذاكر الطيران. رحلة اتجاه واحد من مدينة         الإستقدام إلى اي مطار في المملكة العربية السعودية          توفر بواسطة المتسخدم ، إذا لم يوافق المستخدم نحن            نقوم بتوفير التذاكر المدفوعة قيمتها من قبل المستقدم

تاسعا:    تجهيــز الوثائــــــــق: في حالة اي وظيفة           مطلوبــــــــــــــة بواسطنا، على المستخــــــــــــدم تزويدنا بوثائـــــــــــــق رسميـــــــــــــــة             قانونيــــــــــــــة مصدقـــــــــــة من       الجهــــــــــــــــــات المختصـــــــــــــــة.

عاشرا: نشعر المستخدم بموعد وصول العمالة على        الأقل قبل أسبوع من تاريخ الوصول.

الحادي و العاشر: بدل خدمات: بدل خدمات لمكتبنا قابلة    للتفاوض داخل الحدود المعقولة.
